Order Requirements

Ordering

When placing a catering order, there is a 10 person minimum requirement on all soup, salad, entrée, side and dessert options. Hors d’oeuvre requirements are posted on the menu. All prices and availability are subject to change.

Hours

Catering pickup is available Monday- Saturday based on our retail market hours, however additional services can be provided based on event details and location.

  • Monday – Thursday: 10:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:30 am – 6:00 pm
  • Saturday: 9:00 am -4:00 pm
  • Call for Sunday and additional catering options

Notice

A minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required for processing all catering orders.

Set Up

All food is set up and packed family style in aluminum trays. Serving set ups are available upon request for an additional charge.

Deposit and Final Payment

A credit card number is required upon placing an order. A 25% non-refundable charge will be processed should an order cancellation take place past the 72 hour deadline.

Final and full payment is due on the day of the event. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted, as well as cash and check with a valid driver’s license.

Delivery

Delivery options are available based on our market hours, pre-arranged delivery times and per drop of locations.

Cleveland Markets (East and West)

  • A cost of $25 will be charged for all deliveries within a 5-10 mile radius.
  • A cost of $35 will be charged for all deliveries within an 11-25 mile radius.
  • A cost of $50 will be charged for all deliveries within a 26-40 mile radius.

Akron Markets

  • A cost of $70-$80 will be charged for all deliveries.
